Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible.

A $50 charge will be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time as well as for appointments rescheduled more than three times regardless of notice given.

Unlike other offices, we provide quality care for our patients and block off time in the schedule accordingly so our providers are not rushed when they see their patients. We respect our patients' time, and we expect them to respect ours as well.

Insurances
Insurance based medicine is geared towards dictating providers on what type of care they can provide. It does not allow your doctor to utilize their knowledge to provide you the best care possible. For this reason, we’ve adopted a hybrid-model billing practice.

If we are out-of-network or you have an unmet deductible with your insurance carrier, you will pay for the office visit at the time of your appointment. Unlike other offices, we are completely transparent with our billing upfront, and unfortunately insurance verification and checking eligibility and benefits is a timely process, so we will not be able to notify you prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility as a patient to find out whether we are in network or not and to know your insurance coverage.

We are conveniently located in the Ivy Walk Plaza with Muss & Turner’s, South City Kitchen and First Watch. We are on the long arm of the plaza along Cumberland Parkway in the opposite direction of the restaurants.
